The Planning Commission will have three public hearings on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 for the following:
- A variance application for 4535 232nd St to locate a garage 6 feet from the side property line where the required setback is 35 feet since the property is zoned commercial and is adjacent to a residential zoning district
- A variance application for 4851 217th St to locate a house 15.3 feet from a private road instead of the required 30 feet
- A minor subdivision application to create a total of three lots on the south side of 232nd Street at the street’s intersection with West Broadway Avenue
City Meetings are resuming to an in-person status as of June 16, 2021, however, we will still have the option of participating in the meeting in a virtual format.
