8/17/21 Update: All of the City’s second quarter utility bills have been sent out and you should have received your latest bill. A reminder that with the city resuming the administration of the bills there are some changes to where you send your payment. The City of Forest Lake is bringing its utility billing back in-house. This process will result in changes that will go into effect for payments due in August. Please see below for a list of payment methods affected as well as important contact information updates.

Payment Method | Changes |
ACH Payments | No changes for payments that are due in August. Payments will continue to be processed as normal. |
EBill | No changes for payments that are due in August. Customers will continue to receive emailed statements as normal. |
Bank Online Payments | Customers will need to change the mailing address for their online payments to the address above. This ensures checks are sent to the correct location and payments are not delayed. |
Online Bill Pay - Citizen's Access | No changes for payments that are due in August. Customers will be able to access their account online to view statements and make credit/debit card payments. For Online Bill Pay - Citizen's Access please click here. |
