The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 27, 2022.  The hearing will be conducted to hear all persons present upon the applications by:

  • Pierce Pini & Associates for a Preliminary Plat and Variances on Parcel Identification Numbers 2703221110001, 2703221140003, and 2603221230001

Anyone who wishes to participate in the public hearing is encouraged to come to the meeting located at the City Center - 1408 Lake St. S. or you can register to participate in an online Zoom format at the following link.  Registration is required for participation online:  Planning Commission Registration for Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.

The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 11, 2022.  The hearing will be conducted to hear all persons present upon the application by:

  • Castle Gate Construction Inc. for an Amendment to the Planned Unit Development Final Plan for the Gateway Green plat

Anyone who wishes to participate in the public hearing is encouraged to come to the meeting located at the City Center - 1408 Lake St. S. or you can register to participate in an online Zoom format at the following link.  Registration is required for participation online:  Planning Commission Registration for Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.

The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 25, 2022.  The hearing will be conducted to hear all persons present upon the application by:

  • John Koch for the property at 18440 Forest Road North to be rezoned from the Agriculture (A) to Limited Industrial Business (B-3) Zoning District

Anyone who wishes to participate in the public hearing is encouraged to come to the meeting located at the City Center - 1408 Lake St. S. or you can register to participate in an online Zoom format at the following link.  Registration is required for participation online: Planning Commission Registration for Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.
