The Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 10, 2022.  The hearing will be conducted to hear all persons present upon the applications for:

  • Variance and Conditional Use Permit to have an accessory structure on the separately owned non-riparian lot across from 7739 North Shore Cir. N. (PID: 1003221240023). The applicant is Curtis Keehr who owns the property.

Anyone who wishes to participate in the public hearing or Planning Commission Meeting is encouraged to come to the meeting located at the City Center - 1408 Lake St. S. or you can register to participate in an online Zoom format at the following link.  Registration is required for participation online:  Registration for Planning Commission Meeting on Wednesday, August 10, 2022
