NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers located at 1408 Lake St. S., to hear all persons who desire to be heard with reference to:
- Application to consider variances to setback standards for the property located at 10051 180th Street North, Hugo Minnesota (PID 36.032.21.43.0004) with existing land located in Forest Lake and a proposal to install a new mound septic system
- Application by Todd Christenson for a Preliminary Plat, Planned Unit Development, Zoning Map Amendment, and Comprehensive Plan Amendment on a property in the City that has a Parcel Identification Number of 2003221410003 and 2003221410001
