The Planning Commission is holding two Public Hearings on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. The public hearings concern the property located at 7089 North Shore Trail and the Planning Commission will consider a Variance application and a Minor Subdivision application to create a new lot on the north side of North Shore Trail. The Minor Subdivision application consideration is to allow ownership of a parcel that would access a currently landlocked City of Wyoming parcel. The Variance application consideration is to allow a 6,500 square foot parcel where the minimum lot size is 25,000 square feet.
