CITY OF FOREST LAKE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Forest Lake Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Council Chambers, Forest Lake City Hall at 1408 Lake St. S., Forest Lake, MN 55025 on Wednesday March 27, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. This hearing is an opportunity for the public to comment on a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Final Plan and the proposed project plans for a new 9,600 square-foot building with parking proposed for the north end of the Westlake shopping center property. The proposed new building would be located north of Northern Tool and Equipment store located at 119 12th Street SW and is intended for additional retail space. The proposed final PUD plan includes all the changes the City required as part of the approval of the Preliminary PUD plan for the proposal.
Persons who desire to be heard with reference to the proposed Planned Unit Development and final project plans will be given the opportunity to be heard at this public hearing. If you are unable to attend the hearing but would like to provide input, you are encouraged to submit written comments ahead of the meeting.
