[ARCHIVED] Fall Hydrant Flushing

Hydrant Flushing

The Public Works Department will be flushing hydrants in the City of Forest Lake beginning Monday, Oct 2, 2016 and continuing until completed. Hydrant flushing will take place Monday through Friday,

Between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

If the water appears discolored do not be alarmed. It is recommended that you do not use the water for 2 hours, this will give it time to clear. After waiting, run your cold water faucet for about 5 minutes to verify that the water has cleared. Your water service should not be interrupted. If you have no water pressure, please notify Public Works at (651) 209-9730 between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
