The City of Forest Lake Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers located at Forest Lake City Center, 1408 Lake St. S., Forest Lake, MN 55025, to consider the following:
- Application by Elmcrest Vistas, LLC, to subdivide the vacant property on the NE corner of Highway 61 and County Road 50 into two (2) lots for future development. The subject property, owned by Elmcrest Vistas LLC, is described with the PID 20.032.21.41.0001. A full legal description of the property is available upon request.
- Application by PelSol, LLC, to subdivide the property on the east side of Ingersoll Avenue, south of 210thStreet North (PID 23-032-21-22-0003) into five (5) lots for single family homes.

Anyone who wishes to participate in public hearings or the Planning Commission Meeting is encouraged to come to the meeting located at the City Center. If you are unable to attend the hearings but would like to provide input, you are encouraged to submit written comments to info@ci.forest-lake.mn.us or the emails below. You can also register to participate in an online Zoom format with our Zoom links. Registration is required for participation online.
