The City Council will hold two Public Hearings on Monday, August 22, 2022. The hearings will be conducted to hear all persons present upon the applications for:
- Vacate the public drainage and utility easement located upon the unaddressed Property within the Headwaters Village Plat (PID: 2903221120010 & 2903221120009)
- Vacate the public trail easement located upon the unaddressed Property within the Headwaters Village Plat (PID: 2903221120010 & 2903221120009)
Anyone who wishes to participate in the public hearing or City Council Meeting is encouraged to come to the meeting located at the City Center - 1408 Lake St. S. or you can register to participate in an online Zoom format at the following link.
