Road Closure Alert: A portion of 8th ST. SE, will be closed to through traffic beginning at 7:00 am on Oct 20 through 4:00 pm on Oct 21. The road is being closed so crews can make utility connections and road restorations for the new Arbor Ridge Apartments.
